Frequently Asked Questions

We highly recommend. Please call the restaurant before 5pm and at LEAST 24 hours in advance for a Tuesday-Thursday evening reservation. For a Friday or Saturday reservation, please call 3 to 4 days prior or even up to a week in advance.

Yes, if we have the space. However, reservations will always take precedent.

We do not have a set closing time. Our kitchen closes roughly an hour after our last reservation and is usually around 9pm on Tuesday-Thursday and 10pm on Friday and Saturdays.

We are open and ready to seat at 5pm Tuesday-Saturday. First seating will be at 5pm, next seating is 5:30pm. Then again at 7pm and at 7:30pm.

Every Sunday and Monday and all major holidays.

Nothing on the weekends (Fridays or Saturdays). With Tuesday-Thursday, it will depend on the amount of reservations, please call and ask if available for that day.

Business casual. Men can wear jackets but are not required and certainly nice to see.

You will be seated as soon as the entire party has arrived. We do not seat partial parties over 4.

We STRONGLY discourage doing so with tables over 6 guests. If a request of splitting checks is needed, please allow for an extra 30 minutes to an hour.

Our waitstaff works really hard for your experience so we reserve the right to add 20% gratuity for parties with 6 or more guests.

Having a call back number allows us to reach you if we have any questions, or to alert you of a major issue we may be experiencing, and if any items may have been left behind.

Yes, however there will be a charge of $2.50/person at the table. Since we have delicious desserts on site, this charge will not be waived.

Yes, you may. We charge a $15.00 corkage fee per 750ml bottle on wines not represented on our extensive list.

Yes, just make sure our servers are aware that you are celebrating. We have special plates that we serve your dessert on.

Yes. You can visit the private dining tab on our website to view the options available. Since these options are limited, please fill out the request form to inquire on availability dates.

Tuesday-Saturdays we gladly invite and accommodate reservations at 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 7:00pm, or 7:30pm.

Your reservation is valid for 15 minutes after the set time. Connected reserves the right to give the table to the next available party waiting after the 15 minutes grace.

I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I have been in the restaurant business for 35 with an extensive career which took me to Christinis in Orlando, Florida and Los Angeles to cook for Jim Henson and associates. I was also able to work in the Hawaii Hyatt Hotels for 3 years. Some of my favorite cooking experiences go back to my time in the south of France! While cooking is my forte, I love to play pool- it’s like golf without the hassle! I also enjoy para-sailing, spending time with loved ones, and learning from others smarter than me. When it comes to my passion, I love to work with any kind of food, and drink… sometimes on an exceptional day, I can do everything!
