I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I have been in the restaurant business for 27 with an extensive career which took me to Christinis in Orlando, Florida and Los Angeles to cook for Jim Henson and associates. I was also able to work in the Hawaii Hyatt Hotels for 3 years. Some of my favorite cooking experiences go back to my time in the south of France! While cooking is my forte, I love to play pool- it’s like golf without the hassle! I also enjoy para-sailing, spending time with loved ones, and learning from others smarter than me. When it comes to my passion, I love to work with any kind of food, and drink… sometimes on an exceptional day, I can do everything!
